Lead Time and Delivery

Products shown as being in stock on our website are available in our Hornsby store. When orders are placed through our website we despatch the goods as soon as possible. Generally if orders are placed by 12pm Monday to Friday they will be despatched that same day. Our deliveries are usually made with Australia Post. Once we lodge orders with Australia Post we have no further control over delivery delays. If there are delays we are aware of we will advise you via email of the expected delivery date. If at this point you do not wish to proceed with the transaction we will refund the entire purchase amount without question. As a general guideline deliveries to the eastern seaboard should take around 2 days. Deliveries to the west will take longer. 

Refunds and Returns

We will happily provide refunds on goods that have not been worn and are a current stock item for us. Shoes must be received back into our store within 10 days of you receiving the goods. We require prior notification to the goods being returned otherwise there may be delays. Any postage or delivery costs to return the goods are at the buyers expense. If you would like to exchange for a different size the cost of returning and the cost of postage of the new size is the responsibility of the buyer. Goods must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. A replacement size will not be despatched until the original size has been received. View our Size Chart. Any shoes bought on sale are non-refundable if you change your mind. For any product we sell you are protected under Australian Consumer Law if there is a manufacturing fault.
