Refund policy
We will happily provide refunds on goods that have not been worn and are a current stock item for us. Clearance sale items are not refundable or returnable. Shoes must be received back into our store within 10 days of you receiving the goods. We require prior notification to the goods being returned otherwise there may be delays. Any postage or delivery costs to return the goods are at the buyers expense. If you would like to exchange for a different size the cost of returning and the cost of postage of the new size is the responsibility of the buyer. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. A replacement size will not be despatched until the original size has been received.
