The Active Support Innersole range by Lightfeet provide all day cushioning and arch support. These innersoles are designed to provide support and comfort all day to feet suffering from conditions such as plantar fasciitis. To use, simply remove the innersole from your shoes and replace with Lightfeet innersoles.
These innersoles are generally thicker than what is existing in your shoe which in addition to the inbuilt arch support mean if your shoes are already tight, these will not fit.
